A multi-billion dollar global medical technology corporation launched a startup business in a new market, and needed a strong US-based Marketing Manager to spearhead the program in the APAC region(s). With an assigned internal talent acquisition, the position had been open for nearly a year without hire prior to engaging 4SIGHT. Challenges were:
- Lack of qualified candidates;
- One previous offer declination after a long interview cycle;
- Lack of viable candidates within the recruiter’s and hiring team’s professional network;
Unique position requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B global marketing experience, ideally within Asia Pacific markets and within the medical technology sector;
- Mandarin language fluency highly-preferred;
- Ability to travel internationally at 40-50%;
- MBA in Marketing with strong experience in multi-channel downstream marketing and seamless collaboration with R&D, Product Development and Engineering teams;
- Appropriate employment authorization.
Result:
