4Sight 2015 recap: crushed it
- 100% fill rate for retained search projects.
- 89% fill rate on contingent searches.
- All clients are happy with new high-performing employees contributing to top line growth, and all new hires have thanked us for contacting them about the opportunity.
- Clients served included $15-20BB Fortune 500s, mid-sized corporations of $100MM to $1.5BB, tech companies & marketing firms.
In contrast to 2014’s projects that were mostly niche-based, specialized skill sets (e.g. email marketing, Mandarin language proficiency, front-end development), our 2015 requisitions were, by title, more ‘cookie cutter’ in nature: Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Operations, Digital Specialist, to name just a few. The hiring situations and candidates, however, were all but ‘cookie cutter.’ Beneath the surface, our clients just weren’t landing the right talent, or they made a decision to see who we could produce compared to their own staffers. Some needed fresh candidate perspective and new talent sources. Some needed those utility players who will develop strategy and thought leadership in a meeting with C-level leadership one moment, and happily roll-up their sleeves and deploy an email campaign the next. Some just wanted the best talent from competing or peer organizations, who came from the best academic programs and industry training.
While we are forever learning, making wonderful mistakes, and continually striving to develop our craft, we feel it’s appropriate to take a rare moment at the turn of the year to toot our own horn. And with that said, 2015 was phenomenal for us and everyone we touched. Cheers to a strong year in the books, and an even stronger year ahead!
