2016: A year of Digital Analytics, and more to come…

Another record-breaking year, 2016 was indeed the year of digital analytics for 4SIGHT SEARCH. The majority of our recent candidate hires have occurred within analytics (campaign, product and big data) at the Analyst through Director levels.

What’s in store for 2017? More analytics, we believe. More companies will fine-tune their analytics teams and internal practice areas, and an increase in data visualization, programmatic marketing and predictive analytics will spark increased hiring of these skilled professionals.

While industry leaders will be hitting their data analytics strides, much of the hiring will support ‘breaking analytics ground’ for many companies: refining baselines, analytics org chart and/or formulation of centers of excellence, finally taking actionable steps in applying analytics to business operations and growth initiatives.
