He has twice split recruiting and marketing chairs in both the consulting firm and Fortune 500 sectors, executing within the corporate marketing function.

International experience includes APAC, EMEA, Latin America and Canada. Ben holds active PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certification from HRCI, and active CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) accreditation from the American Staffing Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, and has completed additional Master’s-level coursework in Rhetoric & Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota. He has extensive family in the marketing, advertising, HR and personnel industries.
